The Day of Japan was held in Steak House RIBAY in Tolyatti with the active support of the Japanese airline company JAL, travel company Quinta Tour, S-Meat company (the official provider of Japanese meat Wagyu to Russia), AST-International Environment, Wlako Service and the International Center of Wine and Gastronomy.
The chef of the restaurant Seiji (Moscow) prepared for guests beef steaks of Wagyu and steaks of Japanese marbled beef. The guests of the evening also tasted the traditional Japanese drinks: Hakushika Sake, Hakusika Hondzedzo Namachodzo, plum wine Choya Herb Umeshu.
Leonid Gelibterman, the president of the International Center of Wine and gastronomy became the moderator of the evening. In his speech Leonid Gelibterman told the audience about some features of the national Japanese cuisine and its table manners.
At the end of the "Day of Japan" the airline company JAL held a prize-drawing, among the participants of which the air tickets from Moscow to Tokyo were drawn.
