The master class and the dinner-degustation on the Bulgarian wines with the support of the National Chamber of Winegrowers and Winemakers took place in the “Buloshnaya” Restaurant on the 8th of February, Moscow.
The moderators of the master class Leonid Gelibterman and Irina Godunova presented to the participants of the event (specialist of the alcohol market) “The New Wines of the Old World”:
- Rousse Reserve: Chardonnay Reserve 2013 Danube Plain PGI Alc.13% и Limited Selection Merlot 2013 Danube Plain PGI Alc.13%;
- Stambolovo Village: Elements Merlo, Pinot Noir, Cabernet Sauvignon, Syrah, 2013, Thracian valley PGI Alc.13% и Stambolovo Merlot Special Reserve 2013 Stambolovo Village PDO Alc.13,5%;
- Vinal-Lovech: Cabernet Sauvignon Special Reserve 2010 Lovech PDO Alc.13% и Merlot Special Reserve 2010 Lovech PDO Alc.13%;
- Chateau Asena: Ornament Syrah Reserve 2013 Thracian valley PGI Alc.14,5% и Ornament Mavrud Reserve 2012 Thracian valley PGI Alc.14,5%.
In the continuation of the evening there was a dinner-degustation, the guests of which were suggested to taste the international wine varieties in the modern style and to see the true value of its indicative taste.
