In frames of the exhibition’s business program, the International Center of Wine and Gastronomy organized a discussion «Gastronomy tourism as a way to immerse yourself into the atmosphere of the region», moderated by L. Gelibterman, president of the ICWAG, member of the United Nations World Tourism Organization (UNWTO)expert board on gastronomy tourism. Participants and experts discussed topical issues of of gastronomy tourism development in the regions of Russia and in the world and shared their own experience.
