Press lunch at Steak-House «Goodman»

In cooperation with the company Kontakt Expert, The International Center of Wine and Gastronomy participated in the organization of a press lunch to celebrate the opening of a new restaurant chain «Goodman» at Komsomolskiy prospect, 24, bld.1.

General manager ARPIKOM Alexander Krylov spoke at the event, brand-chef of «Goodman» Dmitry Lazko demonstrated the dry aging meat camera in action, editor in chief of «BBQ» magazine, vice-president of the Russian Culinary Association Nikolay Baratov told about peculiarities of cooking meat over an open fire, and president of the International Center of Wine and Gastronomy Leonid Gelibterman told about how red wine can enhance the taste characteristics of dry aged meat.
