e art galleries organized a cultural and gastronomic evening «Tastes of the Land of the Rising Sun»
Chef of MISATO restaurant Munechika Ban has prepared a special menu for the guests of the evening. Dishes were accompanied by four kinds of sake, two plum wines, whiskey and avamori. Special guest of the evening — the Hermitage researcher Anna Egorova spoke about the traditions of Japanese cooking utensils and principles of Wabi-Sabi while setting a Japanese table. The evening ended with a lottery, including gift certificates and tickets to business class flights Moscow-Tokyo-Moscow.
Also, the evening was supported by AST and had a JAL (Japan Airlines).
